Australia House by AustCham Shanghai is a stand-alone, corner building in a tree lined neighbourhood of Changning, with sustainable and contemporary building design and management practices. It is a joint project, developed by ANKEN Group in partnership with AustCham Shanghai. We provide endless opportunities to connect and collaborate in an active community environment over seven floors, with shared public spaces – including rooftop terraces, a landscaped courtyard and street frontage retail units.

The development was officially opened on November 6, 2019 by the Australian Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment Senator the Honourable Simon Birmingham at a ceremony onsite in Shanghai.
