The Crown Worldwide Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, was established in 1965 and is currently located in 200 locations in almost 50 countries. The Group is made up of several divisions – Crown World Mobility, Crown Relocations, Crown Records Management, Crown Fine Art, Crown Logistics and Crown Wine Cellars.
- General support tasks such as co-ordination of diaries, coordination of internal meetings, meeting follow ups
- Assisting marketing with client event co-ordination
- Support to create sales proposals, information packs and presentations for the Business Development team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Business Development team
- Evaluate and qualify new web leads
- Entry level prospecting, including cold calling and scheduling new business meetings
Marketing Executive
- Drafting press releases, newsletter articles, web articles, social media updates, etc
- Maintaining a database of journalists and media organizations. Sending out press releases
- Implement action plans to develop Crown’s media presence
- Screening Crown’s presence in the media, preparing regular reviews
Aptitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
- Ability to pick up sales techniques & learn business development fundamentals
- Ability to engage and interact with new people in a cold calling environment
- Set priorities, manage time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines
- Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision-making
