ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021

Our members and Board came together to discuss the year that has been and the forward direction of AustCham Shanghai.
We would like to thank our outgoing Board Directors Simon Lance and Craig Weightman for their time and contribution to the Chamber. Congratulations to Heidi Dugan and Tony Zhang who were re-elected to the Board, and to Barclay Doring who was newly appointed to the Board.
As referred to in previous communications, the election candidate with the fourth highest number of votes did not meet the minimum 10%vote requirements to secure the seat and therefore that seat was declared as a director vacancy. In accordance with Clauses 7 and 9.3, Schedule B of the Members Charter, the Nominations Committee will now recommend to the Board that Toby Graham, who received 9.5% of the votes, being the fourth highest number of votes, be appointed to fill the director vacancy on the Board.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Simon Lance, for chairing the event and to all those members who took time to come and support the Chamber.
