AustCham Shanghai Announces Patron
We are delighted to announce Mr. Graeme Meehan, Australian Consul General, Shanghai, as the Patron of AustCham Shanghai.
Almost 25 years ago, AustCham Shanghai was born out of the Australian Consulate. In the years since, the business community has had the enduring support of Consuls General past and present. We are thrilled to recognize this commitment and formalise our relationship with the office of Consul General as Patron, particularly Mr. Meehan for his enthusiastic and proactive engagement with the Australian business community.
As the peak body for Australian business in China, AustCham Shanghai facilitates connectivity and promotes bilateral trade between Australia and China. The Consulate’s work on Australia-China relations, and support for the Australian business community in China, aligns perfectly with these shared objectives. We look forward to continuing to work closely together in the years ahead.
