AustCham Shanghai CIIE Visit
This November, AustCham Shanghai was once again delighted to visit member companies and Australian businesses at the annual China International Import Expo (CIIE) held from November 5-10. This year’s visit marked the fifth consecutive year of AustCham Shanghai’s attendance and it was pleasing to see the continued commitment to market of both previous and new member participants at CIIE.
In particular, AustCham Shanghai would like to thank Rio Tinto, Penfolds, BHP, Dentsu, EY, Hays, BIPO, Mondiale VGL, SBA Stone Forest and Mazars for their time and insights at CIIE. AustCham Shanghai also notes and acknowledges the many member companies and Australian brands that also participated at CIIE including Blackmores, JLL, CGP and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise. Looking ahead, the Chamber hopes to see more members and Australian businesses at future editions of CIIE.
AustCham Shanghai’s CIIE visit also closed off an eventful and productive week in Australia-China business for the Chamber, including last Friday’s Breakfast Briefing with Australia’s Ambassador to China, annual Australia-China FMCG Showcase and “White Snake” Ballet.
