James is the Country Manager of Alibaba Cloud in ANZ where he manages a team supporting customers on their cloud journey. His role covers clients across various sectors delivering solutions utilising AI and machine learning as part of Alibaba Cloud’s Big Data platform and solutions.
James is responsible for making sure that customer investments in digital experience, supply chain and commerce are fully utilised and takes advantage of the full Alibaba Group ecosystem which runs across ecommerce, cloud technology, logistics, payments and digital media. Prior to joining Alibaba Cloud, James held business development roles at Oracle Marketing Cloud, helping retail, travel and manufacturing sector organisations to drive revenue and engagement through insight, testing, optimsation and automation.
He is also a co-founder of iProperty Express, a successful cloud based mobile business helping managers across the property sector with inspections and condition reports.
