Event Recap: Annual General Meeting 2019
On Friday, 28 June we held the AustCham Shanghai Annual General Meeting with a quorum of 29 - with 41 attendees and 41 votes present. Our members and board came together to discuss the year that has been and the forward direction of AustCham Shanghai.
We would like to thank outgoing Board Directors John Boyle and Shouqing Zhang for their time and contribution to the Chamber. Congratulations to Craig Weightman and Simon Lance who were re-elected to the Board, and to Heidi Dugan and Nelson Gable who were newly appointed to the Board.
We’d like to extend a big thank you to Katrina HarriganActing Australian Consul-General, Shanghai, for chairing the event and to all those members who took time to come support the Chamber.
