Event Recap: Annual General Meeting 2020
On Friday, 19 June 2020 AustCham Shanghai held its Annual General Meeting with a quorum of 48 voters and 61 attendees present. Our members and board came together to discuss the year that has been and the forward direction of AustCham Shanghai.
We would like to thank our outgoing Board Directors Craig Aldous, Udo Doring and Gerald Cornelius for their time and contribution to the Chamber. Congratulations to Stephanie Liu and Unice Liu who were re-elected to the Board, and to Alexandra Chu, Jim Mitsonis, Todd Pearson and Becky Xia who were newly appointed to the Board.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Simon Lance, for chairing the event, to the Australian Consulate-General Shanghai and to all those members who took time to come and support the Chamber.
