Event Recap | Webinar - Coronavirus Update for AustCham Shanghai Members
On Thursday, 20 February AustCham Shanghai hosted a webinar in partnership with Australian Consulate, Control Risks and Fragomen to discuss the current state of the coronavirus outbreak.
We would like to thank Kent Kedl, Senior Partner of Greater China and North Asia from Control Risks and Iris Zhang, Director of Fragomen China for providing insightful advice and on-time updates for our members under this current situation. We would also like to extend thanks to the Australian Consul General, Mr Dominic Trindade for giving welcome remarks and offering support to our member companies in China.
During the webinar, Kent talked through the current state of the outbreak, regional restrictions on movement, business impact analysis and predictions, as well as the focus points for companies at this stage.
Iris also covered
the local government policies in support of the visa processing for expats, restrictions on movement and advice on visa services.
