AustCham Shanghai successfully held a Trends in HR Technology panel discussion at Australia House on Tuesday 23rd September. Chaired by Becky Xia, Managing Partner at Fragomen and joined by Matt Spriegel, CEO of ATIOM and Sherry Chen, former Head of Global HRSSC Alibaba Group, the panel discussed the need for innovative HR solutions, especially with the global pandemic accelerating a shift towards a decentralized workforce.
Since the onset of the pandemic, companies have spent more resources on HR technology as they realise that they need to stay in touch with employees who are working from home. The panelists bought valuable insight into how HR and business leaders can better utilise the latest trends in HR technology to rebuild their company to meet these new challenges.
