AustCham Shanghai alongside guest speaker Gary Lo, a seasoned trainer and TEDx speaker, hosted a webinar on Wednesday 10th June to share his thoughts, experiences and tips regarding the art of storytelling in business presentation. Gary Lo also discussed the importance of crafting effective messages to keep staff and stakeholders well-informed during this period of time, where the majority of information exchange occurs without seeing each other. We would like to thank Gary Lo for providing such an informative and insightful session to our attendees.
During the webinar, Gary talked about how to use storytelling to make our communications more effective and convincing. Gary covered how to enhance audience engagement emphasising the importance and impact of customised stories whilst providing a detailed ‘6-step Storytelling framework.’ The presentation also detailed how to develop clear and concise yet impactful messages to communicate more effectively in our everyday business presentations.
