On Wednesday, 26th February the Chamber hosted a webinar in partnership with Dragon Trail Interactive to discuss the coronavirus impact on Tourism sector.
It is the first part of a two-part webinar on latest updates and insights of the Tourism and Hospitality Industries. We would like to thank Saxon Booth, the Director of Business Development at Dragon Trail Interactive for providing insightful advice and on-time updates for our members under the epidemic situation.
During the webinar, Saxon talked through the update on coronavirus impact on industry especially the outbound travel, including marketing responses from destinations & travel brands.
He also shared with us on how to use digital to support the Chinese travel trade to recover and capitalize on the inevitable bounce back.
