Marketing: What is WeChat Work and Why Does It Matter?
On Tuesday July 2, AustCham Shanghai was pleased to have hosted three speakers in order to discuss the ins and outs of WeChat Work. Amoong the speakers were Nisha Rao, the Strategy and Consulting Manager at IT Consultis, Florian Olivier-Koehret, Partner and Project Director at IT Consultis and Kai Hong, Chairman and Partner at JINGDigital.
Nisha and Floria provided the audience with an informative introduction to WeChat Work, discussing everything from the fundamentals of working with the app to how to use it efficiently and how to create a "WeChat Work Ecosystem." Kai Hong discussed how JINGDigital is working to better manage and utilise the data available from WeChat Work. This included a live demonstration, showcasing the numerous ways companies can better track their customer base and more readily access sales data, among a number of other benefits.
