Training Recap: Leading in The New Year
AustCham Shanghai welcomed Caroline Zhou and Vincent Leleu, Executive Coaches from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) on Wednesday 12 January for an insightful training session on leadership.
The coaches discussed the importance of leadership in today's "VUCA" (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world and explored how to maximise one's individual personal and team effectiveness in the ever-changing environment. Guests were challenged to reflect on their most important qualities for success in their current role in order to better understand how these qualities impact their own performance and that of their team.
The training concluded with a wrap-up of key takeways on how to inspire, influence and motivate others. Thank you to our coaches Caroline and Vincent for sharing their insights on leadership skills with us, we look forward to hosting more training in coming months.
