If you want to switch jobs or resign at the end of the year, please pay attention to whether the current company pays taxes legally. If there are tax problems during your employment, you will not be able to cancel your work permit in time. The company has to make up for the taxes, or one needs to make up for the taxes by him/herself.
Only in the second year, one can make up for the previous year’s tax, but the work permit could have expired by that time, so please pay attention to it at the end of the year.
Can't meet application conditions at the end of employment - The work permit cannot be extended, transferred or canceled.
If you are starting a new job and applying for a new work visa recently, please confirm with the company or the visa agent that assisted in the application about the specific conditions of the application.
