Member Event | On The Money: Compensation and Benefits in Uncertain Times
INTRODUCTION
Covid-19, trade tensions, and resulting economic uncertainties have seen many employers cutting compensation and benefits, with others offering severance packages to reduce costs. Still, some employers are looking forward to better times and how to incentivize, retain, and recruit employees.
Simon Lance of Hays will join JunHe’s Jane Lu to discuss the practical and legal aspects of making changes in compensation and benefits, implementing employee equity plans, and complying with overtime pay requirements and obtaining exemptions.
This event is offered only on-site in Shanghai, and is intended for senior HR, legal, and management staff. Seating will be limited.
