Property Diversification Without the Price Tag

An article was published in The Australian and the Urban Developer recently about Ironfish’s strategic investment in a fragmented property investment tech startup, Bricklet which are targeting people who cannot yet afford to purchase a whole investment property but want to get their foot on the property ladder, such as many young millennials.

We are very proud to partner and invest alongside with such corporate giants as News Corp, REA(Realestate.com), Mirvac and Stockland in this strategic investment. While we continue to refine and innovate our own model, it is great to be at the forefront and remain connected to innovations within our industry.

Whilst every start up and entrepreneurship carries risk, Bricklet is demonstrating great promise given their very early stages of the model.

I do hope that this investment may not only benefit Ironfish and our people over the long term, but also in the creation of ongoing opportunities for Ironfish by strengthening our connections to these great property industry brands and exploring any further business synergies.
