Renewal Street Fundraiser Day
The Renewal Center helps people who have experienced homelessness in Shanghai find support, employment and permanent homes.
The center offers a full scope of programs, from supporting those currently on the streets with food, clothing, meals, medical care and basic legal assistance to a permanent path off the street through residency, employment assistance, counseling and mentoring, and long-term housing support.
To celebrate autumn matching gift campaign, The Renewal Center is inviting you, your family and friends for an afternoon of music, food and fun at Renewal’s drop-in center. Entry is free, so don’t miss this chance to take a tour, meet staff and residents and enjoy a barbecue meal. During the event and until October 31 every gift will be doubled by a generous matching grant from Macquarie Bank.

About The Renewal Center
The Renewal Center provides residents with a place to stay, changes of clothing, showers, English lessons, job skills training, and basic assistance for those who do not have a home of their own. The center works with local businesses to help them secure jobs. More importantly, the shelter seeks to create avenues out of poverty for their residents.
