Last Friday 20 May, AustCham Shanghai and its Built Environment Forum successfully held the third Community Industry Forum on Construction and Property Development Update in China. It is a continuation of the Chamber's practical advice and updates to our members and broader community concerning Shanghai’s current Covid outbreak.
A big thank you to our guest speakers James Macdonald, Head of Research, China at Savills, Tina He, Managing Director at Hines, and Truddy Cheung, Head of North Asia Consulting at JLL for bringing us this insightful and timely session, especially as there are a lot of changes in China's property market and the built environment in China recently.
