As a continuation of AustCham Shanghai’s practical advice and updates to our members and broader community concerning Shanghai’s current Covid outbreak, AustCham Shanghai and its HR Forum in partnership with Fragomen and Cargill held a second Community Industry Forum online last Friday the 13th of May.
Thank you to our guest speakers for providing practical advice and insights to the community on HR practices and visa updates. Amy Stansfield, HR Director – APAC from Fragomen shared with us some best practices for remote working during the lockdown. Eva Lu, Regional Total Rewards Lead – APAC from Cargill discussed the establishment of a future workplace. Roy Ren, Senior Director from Fragomen talked through the current entry requirements to China and key updates on visas.
