AustCham Shanghai was delighted to host the Aussie Summer BBQ on Saturday 24th of September. There was a fantastic turnout of friends and members of the chamber down at venue El Santo in Found 158, a great indoor/outdoor setting for an entertainment packed day.
Guests were able to enjoy a traditional Aussie food menu cooked up by the team at El Santo and wash it down with the best of Australian beers and drinks provided by our sponsor 31Jiu. This year, the Aussie Summer BBQ coincided with the AFL grand final live on TV and it was great to see footy fans turn up in the colors of their favorite teams, red and white for the Sydney Swans and blue and white for the Geelong Cats.
Children had no shortage of entertainment with Swimland providing an action-packed array of physical activities for children to take part it, there were a lot of laughs and cheering during the kid’s competition which saw parents and kids battle it out during the kids competition with medals awarded to the winning teams.
We want to thank attendees for joining AustCham Shanghai on the day, it was great to have the community together and support AustCham Shanghai’s CSR partners through the CSR initiatives.
