AustCham Shanghai cordially invites Chamber members to attend the Annual General Meeting, to be held at 4pm (registration starts at 3:30pm) on 29th June 2021. The formal AGM notice was issued on 28th May 2021.

All members in good standing may register to attend the AGM, including non-voting members. You may register more than one attendee from your member company, but voting members have only one voting member representative who votes at the AGM.

Members unable to attend are requested to register an apology using the "Unable to attend" option.

Please note that this is a member-only event. The confirmation of registration does not occur automatically as all registrations need to be checked for attendance eligibility. Please register once per attendee. Priority will be given to the named representatives of voting members.

Online attendance registration will close at 4pm on Mondy 28th June 2021.
