At EY, Joanne is responsible for building EY's brand as a leading business advisor to mid-market companies.

Joanne's career has had a strong focus on initiatives aimed at supporting women’s leadership, including founding the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program in Asia-Pacific in 2014, the EY Worldwide Women Public Sector Leaders’ Network in 2012, and the AustCham Shanghai Women in Business network.

Joanne is a graduate from Monash University and has an MBA from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. She moved from Australia to China in 2007, and has over 20 years of experience in working in emerging markets.
