AustCham Shanghai is delighted to host its first CFO Circle in partnership with CPA Australia on Friday, 14 May.

This event will bring together CFOs from AustCham Shanghai’s membership and CPA Australia’s membership in China. It represents a great opportunity for AustCham Shanghai CFOs and business leaders to connect with like-minded counterparts within Chinese businesses.

The first CFO Circle will feature guest speaker, Dale Xiang, Asia Pacific CFO of Donaldson and Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA). Dale will share best practices on communicating between CFO and CEO in an exclusive closed-door setting.

Dale Xiang has more than 15 years of senior finance leadership experience and proven accomplishments across numerous MNCs. Currently, Mr. Xiang is the Asia Pacific CFO of Donaldson, one of the world's leading companies in providing engine and industrial air, oil and liquid filtration solutions. Prior to joining Donaldson, Mr. Xiang worked at Owens Corning, WABCO, the Boston Consulting Group and other MNCs.

Mr. Xiang has a profound knowledge and experience in financial change management, manufactory costing, FP&A, lean Six Sigma Management in finance, ERP system implementation, US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting, internal control & SOX implementation and finance process improvement.

Mr. Xiang joined CPA Australia in 1994. He is also an enterprise consultant and speaker for Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
