HR Committee Event | Global Leadership in the "New Normal"

Global leadership in the "new normal"

#

As business are adjusting to a 'new normal' of remote working, travel restrictions and uncertainty, the need for increased intercultural awareness and enhanced global leadership skills seems to be a common challenge that firms are trying to address.

How can organisations improve their leaders' ability to cope in a continuously shifting environment, often having to lead virtual teams operating in different time zones and locations? What are the key knowledge, skills and abilities that successful leaders have to master in order to successfully lead their teams and organisations through these times of world-wide disruption? How do intercultural dynamics impact the way we work, lead and collaborate in this 'new normal'?

The Australian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and The British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai HR Committee and invited three experts to share their knowledge and expertise on this critical topic.

After the panel discussion, we are delighted to invite members and friends to join a post-event mixer and network with peers and professionals from different industries and backgrounds. We welcome those members and friends that cannot attend in person to join this session virtually.
