26 years ago Stephen White arrived in Shanghai to establish a Hong Kong based interior design and construction company, 2 years later he opened his own, IACTION. An architect and entrepreneur, Stephen is a true veteran in the Shanghai business community. A committed supporter of chambers of commerce, a board member of AustCham for 10 years and Chairman from 2007-2010, long time member of AmCham and Committee Chair for real estate and construction. For nearly 3 decades, Stephen White has worked across MNCs, SMEs and Chinese companies to establish their offices and grow their businesses across China, his knowledge and insights of working effectively in China are profound. Also a passionate photographer who documented much of the development of the Shanghai skyline, Stephen is going to share some photographs from his private collection. We will conduct a “silent auction” of key prints for charity on the evening.
