The Simitri Project Management Skills Workshop
is designed to enable participants to develop the skills and ability to lead projects, resolve issues, and achieve results in today’s ever-changing business environment.

Through an accelerated learning process, the workshop uses a model to help participants develop strength, focus, and flexibility as project managers. By using a variety of project planning, communication, and issue management tools, the participants will be able to incorporate both rational and creative processes when managing projects and leading project teams.

Trainer

Jack Cheng

Simitri

Jack has over 30 years' experience studying, working, and establishing businesses in the United States, South Africa and Greater China. Jack’s clients have included Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Yahoo, L’Oreal, HP, GE Capital, Pfizer, BTCO, Adecco/LHH, Ansaldo STS, Unilever, Ingersoll Rand, ASML, Ferrari, AMD, and SMICSMIC. He has experience working with many industries, including high tech teletele-communications, electricity, beauty, retail, finance, investment, pharmaceuticals, human resources, and general management.

Jack has a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary Pasadena, California, as well as a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University, California and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taipei. He is fluent in both Chinese and English.

Jack holds professional certifications as an Associated Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation USA, as a Certified Professional Coach from International Coaching Academy USA, and as an Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach (EICC) from Social and Personal Emotional Intelligence Institute USA.
