Kayla Lu is the Regional Leader for Mobility & Immigration in Asia Pac at General Electric. She is leading the global mobility program for both long-term and short-term assignment in the region, to ensure regional compliance, user experience and drive wing-to-wing success in expat management.
Kayla joined GE in 2016, based in Shanghai, China. Prior to GE, Kayla worked in consulting industry with Baker & McKenzie LLP and Deloitte China respectively.
Roy Ren

Roy has been with Fragomen and practiced immigration for more than 11 years, where he served as Account Manager handling a wide range of clients including multinational, regional and local corporations and leading a case team to deliver China immigration consultancy and compliance services. In addition to some of the key operational functions in China practice, Roy is also responsible for government liaison with immigration authorities across China.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Roy was responsible for global mobility services with an international corporation. Roy also has in-house human resources experience and exposure in working for a government department.
Iris Zhang

Iris is a Director at Fragomen’s Shanghai office. She joined the firm in 2007 and has more than 15 years of experience in China immigration. Iris supports clients of all sizes, ranging from small and medium-sized organizations to large multinational Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries for China inbound practice. In addition to overseeing and leading a large team of managers and consultants in providing a wide scope of immigration services in China, Iris also provides compliant and pragmatic outbound immigration solutions including consular support and document procurement and legalization services, as well as advisory and process planning to Chinese clients going abroad. Iris speaks Chinese, English and Shanghainese.
